Now is the perfect time to buy a home, make a move into another home,….take advantage of:

1) Lots of Inventory- there are many homes on the market right now, so this means lots of choices.  Use the internet to view homes in a particular area, then call a realtor to help narrow your search.

2) Homebuyer tax credit has been extended. Now the tax credit doesn’t only apply to first time homebuyers, but also buyers that have lived in their home for five of the last eight years. There are income limitations. Check the other blog post showing the chart.

3) Interest rates are at historic lows.  The Feds are predicted to pull back on the purchase of mortgage backed securities in March, which means rates will climb.
