Today is the day that we honor our veterans, both those that have fallen and those that still serve our country here and abroad.  They put their lives on the line so that we may live in peace and enjoy life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

If you see a veteran, say thank you.  Thank you for your sacrifice.  Thank you for giving us freedom.  Thank you for keeping us safe.  Take time to listen to their stories.  Take time to talk to your children about our history and the sacrifices that soldiers have made.
