I am a previous healthcare professional, attending Clemson University then graduating from the Medical University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Pharmacy in 1989. I practiced pharmacy for ten years, earning the trust of physicians and patients alike because of my listening skills, attention to detail, and professionalism. I am licensed as a realtor in the state of South Carolina, and I am also a certified resort and second property specialist, a designation earned after study of 1031 exchanges, foreign investment, and demonstration of expertise in the vacation and second home market.
