I practiced pharmacy for ten years, earning the trust of physicians and patients alike because of my listening skills, attention to detail, and professionalism. I am licensed as a realtor in the state of South Carolina, and I am also a certified resort and second property specialist, a designation earned after study of 1031 exchanges, foreign investment, and demonstration of expertise in the vacation and second home market. Also transnational referral certified, I can assist international buyers looking for property in the Charleston area, or local buyers wishing to buy property abroad.
